Batangas is definitely full of wonders. It is known for its exceptionally majestic sceneries. Thrill seekers and adventurers will surely find Batangas as their home of valiant and interesting discoveries. Especially when you go hiking and see the view from above. And don’t worry! There are beginner friendly climbs in Batangas as well as thrilling and challenging adventures for veteran hikers. Just like the most popular day-trip destination , that is located at the heart of Batangas, the Mount Maculot. It is also considered the landmarks for local travelers because it is effortlessly noticeable for its terminating east side which forms a cliff that gives great challenge for those rock climbing enthusiast. Mount Maculot also offers the best view to see a magnificent view of the Taal Lake and Crater.

Trivia: Believe it or not, Mount Maculot can be viewed from Puerto Galera and parts of Northern Mindoro.

Hiking is highly risky. It is prone to accidents. Then, the magnificent view of Taal lake will greet you a warm welcome! Its view will ease your short breaths and recharge your energy. There’s no doubt why Rockies draws the most climbers among all Mount Maculot’s journey. The next stop, the Summit the highest peak of Mount Maculot that is 930 (masl). For the traverse last destination, the Grotto. This destination is a famous go-to place especially during holy week season for devoters because when you reach its peak the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes will welcome you!

Trivia: During the Holy Week, Grotto is a site for Pilgrimage.

In hiking, you start the trail without knowing what you will encounter and what view will greet you at the peak. Anyways you start, then you’ll feel tired few hours after, but, the moment you finally see the magnificent view from the top, all those tiredness will vanish. So, go ahead and climb one now. It is a great outdoor activity for friends and family! You get to do physical activities while catching up and making memories with them. It’s like hitting two birds in one stone! And Batangas is there for you to make that happen.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
